  2. The team reviews

    The community team looks at your profile and gets in touch.

  3. We agree the terms

    Promotion format, parties and terms are agreed with you.

  4. You spread the word

    With official information and each party’s official sales channels.

Code of conduct

The agreement

Whoever promotes RARO speaks on behalf of the party. So a few rules apply to everyone.

Fits RARO

  • Share official information only: date, line-up and sales channels.
  • Respect each event’s age rating.
  • Treat people with respect, with no discrimination or harassment of any kind.
  • Flag content that is advertising.

Doesn’t fit

  • Promise an act, price, ticket tier or perk that hasn’t been announced.
  • Sell through unofficial channels or resell tickets.
  • Spam, use fake profiles or buy followers.
  • Share other people’s data without consent.

How much do I earn?

Fees and terms are not published: they are agreed case by case with the community team.

Do I need a lot of followers?

We don’t publish a minimum. Tell us about your community and your reach when you sign up.

Does signing up guarantee I’ll become a promoter?

No. The community team reviews each profile and contacts those who fit the parties’ current plans.

Can I promote and also work on the crew?

Yes. The promoter sign-up and the talent pool are separate: do both.
